The biggest concern for organizations should be its people. Working in corporate America and in her work as an entrepreneur, Lisa has seen first-hand what happens when people don’t work well together. Deals are lost. Lines of communication are broken. The two pillars of building effective working relationships are understanding yourself and understanding those around you. In this fun, hands-on session, Lisa helps your attendees understand their Everything DiSC profile and the behavioral styles of people around them.  

Everything DiSC can be used with everyone in an organization, regardless of title or role, to improve the quality of your workplace.  Before class, Lisa will issue access codes for each team member to complete his/her online assessment prior to class.

In this session, your team will:

  • Discover how DiSC styles affect their workplace relationships 
  • Explore the priorities that drive them at work
  • Learn what works best and what challenges them when interacting with each DiSC style 
  • Create strategies to overcome challenges when working with people of different DiSC styles
  • Have access to their assessment and other DiSC resources online

After training, attendees can generate additional reports such as an Everything DiSC Comparison Report that illustrates similarities and differences for themselves and another attendee. Armed with their DiSC style, your team will work better together, improve workplace communication, reduce conflict, and positively impact the bottom line.
