Meet Lisa

Meet Lisa

Lisa is more than a motorcycle maven in a leather jacket.

Meet Lisa!

Twenty-two years of sales and leadership experience in one of the largest financial institutions in the US has taught Lisa what it takes to fuel success in a fast-paced, ever-changing business landscape.

By building and leading a high-performing mortgage team that tripled sales production from $30 million to $90 million in three years, Lisa accelerated herself (and her team) to the top 5% of the company nationwide. Lisa excels at showing leaders how to reach their highest level of performance to work and live at full throttle.

Described as 'the biker executive' with an engaging style along the lines of classy rebellion, Lisa has wowed audiences at corporate events, women's empowerment events, professional associations, and industry events, including INBOUND and the International Motorcycle Show.

Her keen ability to connect with audiences from ten to 1000, coupled with her knowledge and experience in leading high-performing teams, makes her the surefire speaking choice for any industry.

In 2015, Lisa inspired women from coast-to-coast by riding a motorcycle from New York City to San Francisco. Her 15-day, 4690-mile journey honored Avis and Effie Hotchkiss, the pioneering women who first accomplished this amazing feat in 1915. Lisa released The Inspired Tour documentary and is currently writing a book of her cross-country adventure.

Lisa holds a Master's Degree from USF, is Everything DiSC certified, and a John Maxwell Team coach/trainer/speaker. When she's not living life at full throttle, Lisa is happiest at home in Sioux Falls, SD with her husband, two children, and 100-pound lab, Milo.

“It’s my mission to inspire others to dream big and act bigger. Life is best lived when we are powered by our purpose, give ourselves permission to play big, and intentionally create our own opportunities.”
